I had just finished doing a plein air sunset painting in Hood River, I turned around and wow! The moon was so big and bright it didn't seem real. Luckily my reference photos gave me enough information to paint this in my studio. It captures the peachy glow of the moon, and is a generously sized 24x36 inch original.
